ASF Recreational Programs

All programs are offered in 2 sessions.

The first session runs from September to end of December, and the second session runs from January until the end of May. Swimmers are welcome to join at the beginning of either session.

Each practice is a combination of land and pool training time. Land time is used to work on skills that will be beneficial to the swimmers in the pool, such as warm-up, flexibility, strength, or routine choreography.

Pool time is spent working on specific swimming or artistic swimming skills and creating a routine.
