Provincial Stream 10 & Under (PS 10U)

This program is designed for swimmers who are new to the sport of Artistic Swimming.

Swimmers will work on becoming more comfortable in the water and working on the basic skills artistic swimming in preparation for competitions. This group will compete in 4 competitions during the season.

They will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

Age: Swimmers 10 years old and younger
Land-Training: 1 hour
Pool Time: 4 hours
Days: Wednesday & Sunday Evenings (Times TBD at start of the season)

This program is designed for swimmers who have experience with Artistic Swimming. Swimmers will work on skills artistic swimming in preparation for competitions.

This group competes in 4 competitions during the season and will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

Age: Swimmers 13-15 years old
Land-Training: 2 hours
Pool Time: 5.5 (+ 2hrs for duet/ 1.5 for solo)
Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Evenings (Times TBD at start of the season)

This program is designed for swimmers who have experience with Artistic Swimming.

Swimmers will work on skills artistic swimming in preparation for competitions. This group competes in 4 competitions during the season and will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

Age: Swimmers 16 years old and up
Land-Training: 2 hours
Pool Time: 5 hours (+ 2hrs for duet/ 1.5 for solo)

National Stream 13-15 (NS 13-15)

This program is designed for highly motivated athletes looking to compete at the highest level of competition in the province.

This group competes in 5 competitions during the season (both provincially and nationally) and will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

Age: Swimmers 13-15 years old
Land-Training: 2.5 hours
Pool Time: 6 hours (+ 2hrs for duet/ 1.5 for solo)
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

National Stream Junior (NS Junior)

This program is designed for highly motivated athletes looking to compete at the highest level of competition in the province.

This group competes in 5 competitions during the season (both provincially and nationally) and will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

Age: Swimmers 16-18 years old
Land-Training: 2.5 hours
Pool Time: 6 hours (+ 2hrs for duet/ 1.5 for solo) (+ additional time if swimming more
than one team)
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

National Stream Senior (NS Senior)

This program is designed for highly motivated athletes who would like to continue to compete in artistic swimming.

Levels of competition vary with commitment level. Swimmers will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

Age: Swimmers 18 years old & older
Land-Training: 2.5 hours *optional
Pool Time: 2hrs for duet/ 1.5 for solo
Days: Days/times will vary

Masters

This program is designed for highly motivated athletes who would like to continue to compete in artistic swimming. Levels of competition vary with commitment level.

Swimmers will also perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.
Age: Swimmers 18 years old & older
Land-Training: 2.5 hours *optional
Pool Time: 2hrs for duet/ 1.5 for solo
Days: Days/times will vary

Learn to Swim
Age: Swimmers 5-7yrs old
Land-Training: 10min
Pool Time: 50min
Day: Sunday Evenings from 5:15-6:15pm
Description: This program is designed for swimmers with little to no swimming experience.

Swimmers will work on becoming more comfortable in the water and begin trying artistic swimming skills.

They will perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

AquaGo Program

Age: Swimmers 7-10yrs old
Land-Training: 30min
Pool Time: 1hour
Day: Sunday Evenings from 5:00-6:30pm OR Wednesday Evenings from 5:30-7:00pm*
Description: This program is designed for swimmers who have experience swimming.

This program follows the AquaGO levels set out by our NSO Canada Artistic Swimming.

This program focuses on introducing swimmers to Artistic Swimming skills. They will perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.
*You can choose which day of the week/time works best for your family’s schedule

Pre-Competitive

Age: Swimmers 8+yrs old 

Land-Training: 30min

Pool Time: 1.5hours

Day: Sunday Evenings from 4:30-6:30pm 

Description: This program is designed for swimmers who have experience with Artistic Swimming. This program focuses on introducing swimmers to competitive Artistic Swimming skills, introducing more challenging figure and routine skills, and preparing swimmers to move into the Competitive stream. They will perform in the club Winter Show, the club Showcase/Competition, and End-of-the-Year Water Show. 

All Abilities

Age: All Ages
Land-Training: 10min
Pool Time: 50min

Description: This program is designed for swimmers with differing cognitive or physical abilities and would benefit from one-on-one or small group practices.

This program consists of an evaluation day and the opportunity to perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.

ADULT Learn to Synch

Age: 18+ years old
Pool Time: 1.5hours
Day: Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm
Description: This program is designed for new recreational adult swimmers who want to stay active and learn new skills.

The focus is on fitness and introduction to artistic swimming skills.
They will perform in the club Winter Show and End-of-the-Year Water Show.
